There are other visitors to our Memorial Glen aside from human ones …there were deer droppings in three areas on or near the pathway, and a squirrel “midden” of acorns on a stump. Canada Mayflower is emerging all over the forest floor, and I saw my first Bluets of the year near the entrance stone. An old birch has become a chalice for forest creatures. Evelyn Nathan
